Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead and oversee key company initiatives, including service delivery for clients, internal projects (e.g., food-truck business roll-out, technology/consultancy services) and ensure timely completion, cost-control, and high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines in line with Haabs Innovatives' strategic direction
- Plan resource allocation, budget, risk management, and quality assurance for each project
- Coordinate between internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) and external partners/clients
- Monitor progress, identify issues, implement corrective actions, and report to senior leadership
- Ensure client expectations are managed and satisfied, and that deliverables align with Haabs Innovatives' brand/quality standards
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end
- Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Accountant
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining Haabs Innovatives' financial integrity—managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and supporting financial decision-making for a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure all transactions adhere to accounting standards
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll (if applicable), cash-flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements
- Provide financial insights and reporting to the leadership team to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with external auditors or advisors as needed
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or working toward one
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to present financial information clearly
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Haabs Innovatives by developing and leading the sales strategy, acquiring new business, and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a sales strategy aligned with business objectives (e.g., consultancy services, food-truck solution, B2B offerings)
- Lead sales efforts: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, closing deals
- Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract signing and client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports for senior management
- Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns and lead-flow
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role with target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and data-driven sales strategy
HR Manager
The HR Manager will establish and manage the human resources functions at Haabs Innovatives, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee handbook aligned with company culture and UK employment law
- Manage performance appraisal systems, training and development programs
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and support a positive, inclusive work-environment
- Ensure compliance with HR-related legal obligations (e.g., right to work, data protection, equality & diversity)
- Maintain HR records, provide HR reporting to senior leadership (turnover, engagement, training hours)
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-management and communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices
- Ability to support a growing business and shape its people strategy
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of Haabs Innovatives, ensuring that business processes (consultancy, food-truck rollout, logistics, service delivery) run efficiently and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational workflows, resources and logistics required for delivering services and/or products
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor key operational metrics (costs, productivity, service quality) and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, finance, HR, delivery) to meet organisational goals
- Manage supplier/partner relationships, inventory (if applicable, e.g., for food-truck operations), supply chain issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (health & safety, food hygiene if applicable, quality control)
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or related field
- Prior experience in an operations or supply-chain role, ideally in a start-up or growth environment
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and process-improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple functions, prioritise tasks and deliver under pressure
